She was working for the #1 company in the world. But something didn’t feel right. She wanted something more, so she started going to the gym.
But that only solved the problem for a moment. Frustrated with the lack of diversity & inclusion at her work gym, she decided to take matters into her own hands by sharing her love for twerk dance with her colleagues.
The word spread like wildfire and within a few months became a social media sensation with her vibrant energy and fun teaching twerking videos. Before she knew it she was being invited to teach around world and work with global brands like Nike, Disney, Facebook & Vogue.
And that’s how TWERK AFTER WORK™ born.
Since then over 20,000 people (and counting) have been inspired by Bami's contagious love for life and her story of thriving against all odds.
